NASA initiates insurance policies by having them issued in the names of workers. Life insurance, accident policies etc. can be availed of by the worker in the employ of NASA. The premiums are directly paid from the salaries of workers.

II. Workers’ Savings with NASA participation & SEWA Guidance
In helping the worker to benefit from NASA programs, the organization helps the worker to set aside a portion from his/her income and save it in SEWA Bank. If the worker has obtained an insurance policy, the savings or part of it can go into payment of the premiums.

Besides, savings also benefits the children of the worker in paying their fees in schools and colleges etc. and in paying back loans taken from SEWA Bank.
